We take the management and maintenance of the companies that Virtus Tax incorporates in Dubai very seriously, as well as strict compliance with the formal and tax obligations that the country (UAE) has applied since 2024. Our job is to deliver these services to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Since 2023, the Emirates implemented the internal VAT, as well as the obligation to file annual financial statements – proper bookkeeping – and CIT – the equivalent of corporate income tax – regardless of whether companies are taxed between 0% and 9%. Since then, taxpayers are required to keep business accounting records. Virtus Tax takes care of this with its in-house team for every company our firm has registered.

It is worth noting that Virtus Tax does not provide accounting services for companies that have not been incorporated or advised by Pau or Alex.

If you already have a company established in the Emirates and would like Virtus Tax to manage your accounting, file your VAT quarters and prepare your Corporate Income Tax (CIT) return, as we do for more than 430 companies, our onboarding protocol involves a prior consultation session to review the status of your company and bring it into compliance if necessary. After this meeting, we register your company as a client of the group and can proceed with the ongoing accounting and tax maintenance accordingly.
